CHAI developed a memo, Preparing for COVID-19: Recommendations for National HIV Programs, which summarizes critical actions that Ministries of Health can take to support people living with HIV (PLHIV) during an outbreak of COVID-19. This document is an addendum to that memo and provides additional guidance for Ministries of Health on how to prepare and manage HIV testing and laboratory programs while meeting the demands of the COVID-19 response.
